Delivery & Returns Policy
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Purchasing at www.mulligansofballaghaderreen.ie is an acceptance of our trading terms.
Please ensure that items purchased for the required area fit as we will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot fit.
Delivery: All orders are delivered by either Mulligans of Ballaghaderreen or third party delivery depending on location. If goods are in stock delivery is typically made within three working days to two weeks from receipt of an order. This can often be quicker and is dependant on delivery volumes.
A member of our sales staff will be in touch within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order to provide you with an estimated delivery date where possible.
If due to circumstances outside your control you are unable to accept delivery when your goods arrive in to us we are happy to store your goods Free of Charge in our warehouse for a maximum period of 4 weeks, providing the goods have been paid for in full within 7 days of notification of availability. If after this period you are still unable to accept delivery then a further 4 week storage facility will be available, however, a storage fee of €40 per week will apply. We are unable to extend storage facilities beyond this period.
Should you wish to change the delivery address of your order prior to delivery please contact us on 0949860387 or email brianmulligamandco@gmail.com. There is no charge for this service. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made, delivery times quoted on your order are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We will contact you when your goods arrive into our warehouse and they will arrange a delivery appointment with you.
Price of Goods:
The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for Mulligans of Ballaghaderreen. products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price from time to time to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the Website are wrong. We are also entitled to make adjustments to the price of Products during sale time and roll out promotions on Products without notice.
Orders:
All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We do not file details of your order for you to access so please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.
Delivery:
We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within the lead-time shown for each product at the time of purchase, to your stated delivery address, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 28 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a written note to advise that a delivery has been attempted.

Shipping: We ship most orders under 10KG with An Post. This service is charged at €5.95 for every 10KG Gross Weight. If the order exceeds 10KG, a further €5.95 will be charged for each increase; Eg: 0-10KG incurs a shipping charge of €5.95, 10-20KG incurs a shipping charge of €11.90, 20-30KG incurs a shipping charge of €17.85.
Bulky items- Products listed as 'Fragile or bulky in size' are not available for shipping due to their weight, size or fragility. These items are still available for click & collect at our Ballaghaderreen store or for free local delivery within 20km of our Ballaghaderreen store. Minimum order value of €100 is required to qualify for free local delivery. This minimum order value does not apply for click & collect deliveries.

Returns due to 'change of heart' within 14 days cooling off period:
Where customers wish to return an order due to a 'change of heart' within the 14 day cooling off period, the cost of postage/shipping when returning any items will not be covered by the business and is at the customers expense. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. On receiving the returned goods back to the store, the item(s) will be inspected and where applicable refunded within 14 days to the customer.
Our bedding sets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, and flat sheets come in packaging which should not be removed if a refund is required. The size of each set is marked on the pack, so there is no need to open the bedding set to check the size. To be eligible for a refund, the bedding set must not be opened or unfolded, and the packaging must remain intact, unless a fault is noted upon opening. This is for safety and hygiene reasons.
This includes personal grooming products, hats, and hosiery. Beauty products that contain a security seal can only be returned if the seal has not been tampered with.

Damages policy –
If any Product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We operate a strict notification policy of damages or faults to products. Notifications must be made within 24 hours post delivery. Notification can be made by email to brianmulliganandco@gmail.com. or by phone +353 949860387 between 9.30am to 5.00pm (GMT) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Our premises are closed every Wednesday, Sunday and all Irish Public Holidays. Out of hours voice-messaging service will NOT be available on the above line, so please use email provided in this instance. Where customers wish to return an item due to the item being defective/damaged the cost of postage/shipping when returning any items will be covered by the business and is at the business' expense.
The procedure for returning damaged goods is as follows:
1. Contact us by email at brianmulligamandco@gmail.com with details of your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is relating to damaged/defective items, please include a description of the issue along with photos to allow us to understand the nature of the issue/damage. Please note: Where breakages have occurred and there is danger of injury when handling (broken glass / ceramic/ sharp edges etc.) we may ask you to dispose of the item. Please photograph the damage without handling and then carefully dispose of the damaged item when instructed.

2. A member of our team will respond to your email as swiftly as possible and advise of the next step. Where items are damaged/defective the business will send you a physical prepaid returns label along with a returns address label. We may also contact you by phone to keep you updated on the status of the return, using the phone number provided when you placed your order.

Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products. All measurements are approximate.
